For us to provide the best care for all of our guests, we may ask you to reschedule your reservation if you are 15 minutes or more late. 

We request 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel reserved services with our team. In the event of a late cancel or reschedule, we may collect a deposit for the future visit.

No show’s will be charged for all services reserved at the time of booking as a deposit for a future service.

Should you not feel 100% about your look, we ask you reach out to us within seven days of your visit so we can make it right for you.
