Destination Efficiency is a one-day, hands-on class designed for hairstylists at every stage of their career — from newer stylists building confidence to experienced professionals refining their systems behind the chair.
This class focuses on creating thoughtful, impactful work with more clarity, consistency, and intention. You’ll learn placement patterns, sectioning, and service strategies that help simplify your workflow, support stronger guest experiences, and reduce unnecessary overworking behind the chair.

Throughout the class, you’ll work hands-on on a doll head (that you provide) while learning foundational foil placement, pattern building, decision making during services, and how to adapt techniques based on hair type, timing, and desired results.
